It’s meant to be a slower and more empathetic approach to a healthy lifestyle that factors in socioeconomic factors, food availability, familial obligations, stress, time, and the sheer existence of non wellness priorities.

It is a loud and clear “You can sit with us” shouted into the echo chamber of digital onlookers who’s dirtiest secret is that the ‘Wellness Industry’ is desirable because there is cost of entry.
