In an effort to bring some sense of control, personal accountability and comfort into each of our lives during this unusual and scary time, I think almost everyone has stated incorporating a few supplements into their routine.
But without any sort of regulation, (i.e. a doctor, or regular blood tests to make sure you are maintaining healthy levels of all nutritional markers) everyone is really in danger of doing themselves in with too much of a good thing.
Taking too much of some supplements can be just as dangerous as developing a deficiency. Being aware of and understanding the signs and symptoms of either situation is really the only way to avoid issues.
